Salt Cave

In order to find yourself in a wonderful place and breathe in the refreshing sea air, it is not at all necessary to travel far and pay large sums of money to stay in seaside resorts. All you need to do is go to a salt cave, where the air, which has been properly prepared, passes through salt panels and releases many microelements.
1.How do I dress for the salt cave? You can use the salt cave in everyday attire. The passage to the salt cave in the Piotr Hotel *** leads through the swimming pool area, so please remember to change your footwear for clean flip-flops. It should also be noted that the temperature and climate in the salt cave is intended to reflect the atmosphere of the cave, so it is advisable to take warmer clothes with you (a sweatshirt is quite sufficient). 2 What does the salt cave look like? The entire room is lined with salt blocks, with adequate ventilation, temperature and humidity. The walls of the salt chamber are made of salt bricks, salt icicles hang from the ceiling and the floor is covered with salt crystals. The grotto is equipped with a heating and ventilation system for the salt ‘walls’, which evaporates the salt, negatively ionises the air and saturates the air with bioelements valuable to health. The room is furnished in such a way that it is pleasant to spend time there, to completely relax and unwind after a hard day. The cave allows you to isolate yourself from the world, work and effectively get rid of stress. The salt caves are safe for children. 3. the effects of the salt cave. A 45-minute stay in a salt cave means as much to your health as three days' holiday at the seaside. Seven to ten treatments are recommended for the treatment to be effective. Regular use of the salt cave is also recommended. The salt caves are equipped with couches on which you can lie down. In addition, if you feel the cold, you can cover your body with a blanket. Lying on the couch, listening to calming music (the sound of the sea, birdsong, rain, rustling wind) and inhaling the healthy salt air has a therapeutic effect and promotes your well-being. The salt cave contains a suitable microclimate that strengthens immunity and stimulates the body's vital forces. Salt chambers produce and maintain air rich in precious elements such as: Iodine - responsible for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland that manages metabolism and regulates body weight, Calcium - strengthens the body's immunity, soothes irritation and regulates the functions of the circulatory system, Magnesium - a well-known anti-stress element, has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, Potassium, sodium, chlorides - have a positive effect on the heart function and improve the blood supply to the skin, Iron - is an essential component of haemoglobin, improving the blood structure, Selenium - slows down the skin ageing process, Copper - has an antifungal effect, influences the endocrine glands. The salt chambers are reinforced with special salt and thermal brine with a wide range of uses, i.e. for health baths, inhalations, spraying with a humidifier and health salt lamps. 4 Properties of the salt cave. The salt chamber and salt screen increase the amount of negative ions by up to 500%. This creates a microclimate that is reminiscent of the aura above a waterfall or on the seashore. A colour therapy set is installed in the grotto, which has a great impact on well-being. The properties of the lamps (yellow, orange, red) have a stimulating and energising effect. Many years of experience of doctors indicate that the salt cave aids in the treatment of many human ailments, giving mental and physical comfort every day.
